Returns

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions :
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
- Contact within 36 hours from the date of delivery.
- Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation or images.
Refunds
Processing Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
- Shipping cost are non-refundable, hence will be deducted from the cost at time of making final refund.
- Website handling charges of 5% will be charged separately.
Refund Timeframe
- Refunds may take 7-10 days to be processed after approval of dispatch team, depending on your payment method and financial institution.
